Working:
The plate and frame filter press
is manufactured using high quality stainless steel and material. It is designed
to remove the liquids from liquid solid slurry and particularly suitable for
low solids. The structure of plate and frame filter press is fully designed
with pump and pipe lines connected with each other. The liquid is entered at
the bottom of the press with giving pressure using pump. The liquids travel the
path which has filter media inserted between the plates. There is a gap between
plates and now it is filled with liquid slurry, as the liquids passes through
the filter media and travels up to outlet port of the press. This liquid is
pure and the solid remains between the plates.
